The downloads are regenerated on every site build from the same data files that render the tracker pages, so they never drift from what is published. Records that have not passed verification are excluded from both.

Update cadence

Program statuses are checked monthly (biweekly in fire season), code adoption quarterly plus during legislative sessions, and insurance data as state releases land. See the methodology and changelog.
